I was delighted with the condition of possessions, 7 years after originally packed and stored. No evidence of any mould/damp/deterioration. I was left to 'sort' in peace. Items I wished to keep were transited efficiently to a local address whilst waste was disposed/recycled.

All staff were great, efficient and courteous. I was delighted/surprised to be given a refund for unused storage days for which I had paid in advance via standing order.
